- Status: Referred for interim study
- Term: 1991-1992
- House committee: Resources, Recreation and Development
- Subject: Miscellaneous
The Story
It was introduced on January 8, 1992 and referred to the House Appropriations committee. The House withdrew that referral and sent the bill to the Resources, Recreation and Development committee instead. The committee held a public hearing on January 29, 1992. The majority of the committee recommended that the House study it after the session ends unanimously, 14–0, and the report was placed on the consent calendar. On February 12, 1992 the House voted to study it after the session ends. The committee met in executive session on October 29, 1992 to vote on its recommendation. The committee reported back on its interim study of the bill: “Inexpedient to Legislate”, by a vote of 11 to 0.
