The Story
It was introduced on January 8, 1992 and referred to the House Environment and Agriculture committee. The committee held a public hearing on January 15, 1992. The majority of the committee recommended that the House study it after the session ends unanimously, 13–0, and the report was placed on the consent calendar. On February 19, 1992 the House voted to study it after the session ends. The committee reported back on its interim study of the bill: “Inexpedient to Legislate”, by a vote of 15 to 0.
