The Story

The majority of the committee recommended that the House study it after the session ends by a vote of 13–2, and the report was placed on the consent calendar. On January 30, 1992 the House voted to study it after the session ends. The committee held a work session on September 14, 1992. The committee met in executive session on October 14, 1992 to vote on its recommendation. The committee reported back on its interim study of the bill: “Inexpedient to Legislate”, by a vote of 11 to 2.
