The Story
It was introduced on January 3, 1991 and referred to the Senate Insurance committee. The committee held a public hearing on January 23, 1991. The majority of the committee recommended that the Senate pass it with changes. On February 5, 1991 the Senate adopted “Recommit” on a voice vote. The committee recommended that the Senate kill it. On March 21, 1991 the Senate voted to kill it on a voice vote.
