The Story
It was introduced on January 3, 1991 and referred to the Senate Insurance committee. The committee held a public hearing on January 30, 1991. The committee recommended that the Senate pass it with changes. On February 5, 1991 the Senate voted to pass it with changes, then referred it on to the Senate Finance committee. The committee recommended that the Senate study it after the session ends. On March 28, 1991 the Senate voted to study it after the session ends on a voice vote.
