The Story

It was introduced on February 5, 1991 and referred to the House Labor, Industrial and Rehabilitative Services committee. The committee held a public hearing on February 25, 1991. The majority recommended that the House kill it, and the minority recommended that the House send it back to committee, by a vote of 7–6. On March 20, 1991 the House voted to kill it on a voice vote.
