The Story

It was introduced on January 3, 1991 and referred to the House Resources, Recreation and Development committee. The committee held a public hearing on February 27, 1991. The majority of the committee recommended that the House kill it unanimously, 14–0, and the report was placed on the consent calendar. On March 19, 1991 the House adopted “Suspend Rules to consider on 03/19/1991”, on a motion by Rep. Gross & Chambers. On March 19, 1991 the House voted to kill it.
