The Story

On March 5, 1991 the House voted to pass it with changes. It crossed to the Senate on March 7, 1991 and was referred to the Senate Transportation committee. The committee held a public hearing on March 19, 1991. The committee recommended that the Senate kill it. On April 30, 1991 the Senate voted to kill it on a voice vote.
