The Story

It was introduced on January 3, 1990 and referred to the House Environment and Agriculture committee. The committee held a public hearing on January 11, 1990. The majority of the committee recommended that the House pass it with changes by a vote of 13–6. On February 1, 1990 the House voted to kill it on a voice vote. On February 1, 1990 the House failed “Reconsider” on a voice vote, on a motion by Rep. Sallada.
