The Story
It was introduced on January 3, 1990 and referred to the House Fish and Game committee. The committee held a public hearing on January 10, 1990. The majority recommended that the House pass it, and the minority recommended that the House kill it, by a vote of 14–3. On January 23, 1990 the House voted to pass it on a voice vote. It crossed to the Senate on January 23, 1990 and was referred to the Senate Development, Recreation and Environment committee. The committee held a public hearing on March 6, 1990. The committee recommended that the Senate kill it. On March 29, 1990 the Senate voted to kill it.
