The Story

It was introduced on January 3, 1990 and referred to the House Environment and Agriculture committee. The committee held a public hearing on January 16, 1990. The majority of the committee recommended that the House kill it by a vote of 16–2. On January 25, 1990 the House voted to kill it on a voice vote.
