The Story
It was introduced on January 3, 1990 and referred to the House Resources, Recreation and Development committee. The committee held a public hearing on January 8, 1990. The majority of the committee recommended that the House study it after the session ends unanimously, 15–0, and the report was placed on the consent calendar. On January 18, 1990 the House voted to study it after the session ends. The committee reported back on its interim study of the bill: “Inexpedient to Legislate”.
