The Story

It was introduced on January 31, 1989 and referred to the House Health, Human Services and Elderly Affairs committee. The committee held a public hearing on February 28, 1989. The majority of the committee recommended that the House kill it by a vote of 13–2. On March 9, 1989 the House voted to kill it.
