The Story

It was introduced on January 31, 1989 and referred to the House Children, Youth and Juvenile Justice committee. The committee held a public hearing on February 21, 1989. The majority of the committee recommended that the House kill it unanimously, 14–0. On March 2, 1989 the House voted to kill it.
