Where it stands
House: INEXPEDIENT TO LEGISLATE
Every floor vote on this bill was a voice or division vote, so there is no record of how individual legislators voted.
A bill goes on the consent calendar when the committee vote was unanimous or nearly so, and any members who dissented did not object to placing it there. It then passes without floor debate. Ten members may file a petition to pull a bill off the consent calendar and have it debated and voted on separately.

Committee — INEXPEDIENT TO LEGISLATE
This legislation, while well intended, is not ready to become law. If enacted it would establish a domestic violence program under the judicial branch and expand judicial training requirements regarding domestic violence, establish a lethality assessment program and several other changes and/or additions to how domestic violence offenses are managed in the state. During the public hearing the sponsor admitted that many questions were raised and the stake holders did not testify to the bill with the understanding the context would be further researched until the next biennium. Vote 13-0.
