Committee — INEXPEDIENT TO LEGISLATE
School districts are aware and largely compliant with federal flag codes as well as budgeting for flag replacement. Additionally, monetary and material donations are practiced in all school districts. Therefore, the committee finds this legislation to be unnecessary. Vote 14-2.
