Committee — OUGHT TO PASS
This bill adds to the list of offenses used in a background checks for those seeking educator credentials. Negligent homicide, robbery, forgery to include falsifying academic documentation, and domestic and sexual assault would be added to the current statute for criminal history records checks with passage of this legislation. Vote 18-0.
