Committee — OUGHT TO PASS
This bill exempts certain household pharmaceutical wastes from the definition of hazardous waste pursuant to RSA 318-E. The purpose of the bill was to amend RSA 147-B:2, VII(b), 147:C:1, VI(b) and 147:D:1 ,VI(b) to match RSA 147-A language which had previously been changed. Now all sections of the law are in sync and will eliminate any confusion. This was a housekeeping bill which was requested by the Department of Environmental Services. Vote 14-0.
