Committee — OUGHT TO PASS WITH AMENDMENT
The committee agreed that there should be a comprehensive review of how licensing, employment, and fingerprinting background checks are conducted. This topic has come before the committee numerous times in recent years, indicating the need for more efficiency in serving the people who require these background checks. Vote 12-0.
